Our bodies are the vessels through which we navigate the world. My goal is to help individuals find relief, safety, and comfort within their own skin.
What captivates me about massage therapy is its holistic approach – not only addressing soft tissue dysfunction but also offering potential added benefits of a reduction in pain, a calm nervous system and improved sleep.
I graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon in 2015, embarking on a journey that has seen thousands of diverse individuals on my massage table. This extensive experience has shaped a massage style that blends grounding elements with an educated and effective hand. Gaining my certification as a corrective exercise specialist in 2021, my scope of practice is expanded to include minor muscle activation techniques and exercises.
My expertise extends to soft tissue disorders associated with acute and chronic injuries, cancer, post-surgical scarring, arthritis, whiplash, concussion, diabetes, sports injuries, and postural imbalances. My specialties lie in pediatric and pre/postnatal massage. I am an LGBTQIA+ friendly therapist.
Beyond my professional life, I find joy in weight lifting, running, relishing good food, reading, and cherishing moments with my family.
My massage offerings include but are not limited to:
I currently offer morning and early afternoon massage therapy sessions at Go to the Zone Wellness in Tualatin, Oregon. Visit their website to schedule an appointment with me or any of their other incredible practitioners! There you can also view pricing and booking information.
